Our dads and uncles brought the best wine to the table, each proudly trying to claim bragging rights on whose wine was truly the best. While the traditional approach to making wine was great and steeped in family heritage, we always felt that it could be elevated even further by embracing today’s advanced tools and a modernized way of crafting wine.
