As children, we watched our Dads make wine in our cellars utilizing the techniques they in turn learned from their parents in Italy. While the traditional approach to making wine was great and steeped in family heritage, we always felt that it could be elevated even further by embracing today’s advanced tools with a modernized way of crafting wine.
